An integral composite slab bridge without abutments, supports, and expansion joints, and a construction method thereof are provided to secure more clearhead while lowering the overhead clearance, thereby draining river water more easily in flood. A construction method of an integral composite slab bridge without abutments, supports, and expansion joints is as follows. A plurality of short columns(11) are set in a row as pile base for cast-in-place at the location to be bridge starting and ending point(24) or support along the bank for bridge construction. A pile head reinforcing steel bar cage(49), a rolled steel vertical beam(21), a cross beam, an anchoring device(26), and a spacer for PS steel wire positioning are attached to the top of the set short piles. A sheath is installed over the spacer, and an anchoring device is installed on the sheath. A PS steel wire(23) inserted within the sheath is tension-fixed for pre-stressing. The sheath is grouted, and a composite slab is installed by arranging steel bars and placing concrete. A girder is installed to integrate the upper and lower structures.
