PURPOSE: A self-working type diet footwear is provided, which can increase exercise effect more by increasing exercise duration time and speed. CONSTITUTION: A self-working type diet footwear comprises: a bottom sole(100) and uppers of leather(200); and a weight member(102) which is formed in the front region of the bottom sole and is formed relatively heavier than the rear member(101). The weight member is formed at the inner side or outside of the bottom sole. The bottom sole includes a midsole and an outsole made of anti-skid and high abrasion resistance material.
