摘要

PURPOSE: A mesocellular catalyst, a method for production thereof, a waste water using the same, and a device for removing organic matters in the waste water and rainwater using the same are provided to prevent environmental destruction due to discharge of organic matters by removing the organic materials of low molecular existing in the processed water and rainwater. CONSTITUTION: A mesocellular catalyst includes mesocellular silica and an oxidation catalyst. The oxidation catalyst is fixed by a covalent bond on the mesocellular silica. A manufacturing method of the mesocellular catalyst includes the following steps of: dissolving the oxidation catalyst in a solution in which water and an organic solvent are mixed; mixing the solution after adding a binder and an additive; agitating the mixed solution after adding the mesocellular silica; and fixing the oxidation catalyst on the mesocellular silica.
