Preparation method for mold of carbon nanotube-polymer composite materials

A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube-polymer composite is provided to express the specific properties of carbon nanotubes more effectively by dispersing the carbon nanotubes in a polymeric matrix evenly. A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube-polymer composite comprises the following steps of: mixing carbon nanotubes with a solution containing thermoplastic polymer in it to prepare a carbon nanotube-containing polymer solution; electrospinning the carbon nanotube-containing polymer solution to produce a carbon nanotube-containing nonwoven fabric; and thermally treating the carbon nanotube-containing nonwoven fabric at higher temperature than the melting point of the thermoplastic polymer. The nonwoven fabric has average diameter of 40-1000nm.
