A well-being cushion for health is provided, which can prevent disease since far infrared ray is radiated to the hips of a user using ceramic material. A well-being cushion for health comprises: a base panel(100); a cushion member(200) providing the cushion force to a user on the top of the base panel; a power supply unit(600) installed at the base panel bottom in which the upper part of the cushion member is covered with an outer cover; and an exothermic member(400) which is installed inside the cushion member and has a heating element(450) emitting the far infrared rays and heat. In the bottom of the exothermic member, a cover(500) is installed at the base panel bottom.
