PURPOSE: A mobile interference cancellation repeater and a method for realizing the same are provided to detect a normal signal even at a lower receiving level, thereby removing an interference signal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile interference cancellation repeater and a method for realizing the same comprise the following steps. An interference signal is removed from a received signal(S340). An FA signal whose noise degree corresponds to a predetermined value is blocked by determining a noise degree per an FA(S360). A signal passed through a noise removal step is transmitted(S380).
