PURPOSE: An incline construction method of a vegetative mat is provided to minimize the loss of soil, since a region block connected to a unit mat has maximum contact area. CONSTITUTION: An incline construction method of a vegetative mat(300) comprises following steps. A vegetative mat is formed with a hexahedral body, wherein soil including seed is poured in a hexahedral shape, at regular intervals. The vegetative mat corresponds to the hexahedral body and forms multiple unit mats(370). The unit mats adjacent to the each other connect to a fixing unit(450). The fixing unit is formed of multiple fixing members(453) and wire(451) fixing the fixing member at fixed intervals.
