PURPOSE: A home rubber glove and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which make service life of product expanded by reducing damage of the rubber glove according to a pinhole. CONSTITUTION: A home rubber glove(1) comprises a step for mixing additive and rubber and crushing them; a step for manufacturing gum-resin slurry by mixing water and crushed material and adding artificial pigment; a step for sterilizing and drying a rubber glove mold; a step for dipping the rubber glove mold into gum-resin slurry after dipping the mold into coagulating agent; a step for dipping the mold into the gum-resin slurry to the fixed position of the finger receiving part; and a step for separating the molded rubber glove, washing it, and removing impurity.
