PURPOSE: An energy charging device is provided to optimize the generation quantity of a wind power generator by applying MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector(203) detects the temperature rise of a wind power generator(213) and a battery(215). A voltage detecting unit(205) detects the output voltage of a solar power generator(211) and the output voltage of a rectifier. A switching unit(207) controls power supplied from the wind power generator and the solar power generator and the power applied to the battery. A boosting circuit unit(209) selectively boosts the generated voltage of the wind power generator and the solar power generator. A controller(201) controls the switching unit to control the charging of the battery.
