FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: before the beginning of pouring into mould of section 300×(330-360) mm it is introduced dummy ingot, consisting of steel casted links, located displaced lengthwise of bearing surfaces, connected to each other by means of pivots and flexible element in the form of strip from spring steel. It is implemented steel supplying from intermediate ladle into mould. Steel temperature in intermediate ladle is held higher than liquidus temperature for 10-40°C. By means of driving and loose rollers it is implemented ingot drawing from mould, keeping and direction lengthwise technological axis. Drawing velocity is measure in the range 0.20-0.90 m/min. Cooling of ingot surface is implemented zone-by-zone. Ratio of consumption of water and air (m3/h) is - in the first zone (0.90-2.15):120, in the second zone (0.8-1.55):180, in the third zone (0.8-1.10):200, at ratio of length of cooling areas, mm, 350-1000-1300.;EFFECT: receiving blanks with stable geometry by section, increasing density of blanks and reduction of surface defects.;4 dwg
