FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to improve adaptation of an organism of pregnant women to incremental pregnancy loads, to prevent pain and various parturient complications, especially in pregnant women of risk groups at the sanatorium stage. It involves respiratory gymnastics and therapeutic exercises according to a pregnancy trimester. Psychoprophylaxis is ensured by preliminary individual interview and testing of pregnant women to detect their anxiety, and keeping them informed on pregnancy and labour behaviour and body effect to form motivation for respiratory gymnastics, therapeutic exercises, psychoprophylaxis and postpartum gymnastics. The training is performed in 4 cycles during 4 days. On the first day therapeutic exercises are performed. On the second day therapeutic exercises involve fitball gymnastics. On the third day psychoprophylaxis is performed once again in group training to relaxation techniques, respiratory gymnastics within various delivery periods and intrapartum pain relief techniques, with making "a delivery rehearsal" exercise, including training to tension and relaxation of separate groups of muscles involved in birth activity, training to motor habits in intrapartum body position, training to the exercises between labours. On the fourth day there is performed gymnastics to be made after delivery, including daily walks in the morning and in the evening for 60-90 minutes.;EFFECT: method allows for effective correction of psychoemotional condition of the pregnant women, a stable positive effect after the sanatorium stage of the pregnant women, and also for positive effect on the foetus development.;24 dwg, 4 tbl, 5 ex
