1. An energy conversion system for using the energy of tidal displacements of large masses of water, comprising a baffle installed below the level and across at least a part of the body of water, and a converter connected to the baffle to ensure the conversion into electrical energy of the tidal pressure acting on the baffle, and the partition contains at least one sails lattice, including several sails, fixed relative to each other and generally parallel to each other, and the lattice is hingedly attached to the support. ! 2. The system of claim 1, wherein the baffle comprises at least one sail adapted to move substantially transversely to the direction in which the tidal current in the body of water travels. ! 3. The system of claim 2, wherein the baffle comprises at least one support to which each sail is attached and which is connected to the transducer. ! 4. The system of claim 3, wherein each sail has a substantially rigid frame. ! 5. The system of claim 3, wherein each sail is configured to operate the system regardless of the direction of tidal flow. ! 6. The system of claim 4, wherein the support includes an upper rope and a lower rope. ! 7. The system of claim 1, wherein each sail array comprises guiding means to provide the desired orientation of the sails with respect to the direction of the tidal flow. ! 8. The system of claim 7, wherein the guide means comprise a vane located downstream of the grate during operation. ! 9. The system of claim 1, wherein each grate is pivotally attached to one or each support with a pivot axis, which
