FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: before sowing seeds of oil crops such as sunflower or rape are sprinkled with a water solution of polyhexamethylenguanidine-hydrochloride with a molecular weight of 5 - 9 thousand CU and a concentration of 0.01-0.03%, 10-15 l of solution per 1 kt of seeds.
