FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of base insulator includes stages of insulated material core (7) insertion into tube (1) of insulated rigid material, leaving small peripheral space, which separates core and inner walls of tube. Then glue is introduced under high pressure into internal part of tube and hardened, maintaining high pressure in internal part of tube. Core is hardened, for instance foamed polyvinyl chloride. Core is inserted into tube made of elastic material. Thin cord-like element (8) is wound substantially around core with high angle of initial cone. Tube is maintained as inclined with the first hole arranged on one end of tube, at lower level, compared to the second hole arranged on the opposite end of tube.
