(c) casein phosphopeptide-calcium phosphate, present in an amount of at least about 3% by weight of said composition, wherein said composition does not contain sodium bicarbonate. ! 2. A chewing gum composition comprising:! (a) a gum base; ! (b) at least one sweetener; and! (c) casein phosphopeptide-calcium phosphate, present in an amount of at least about 3% by weight of said composition, wherein said composition does not contain a mineral filler. ! 3. A chewing gum composition comprising:! (a) a gum base; ! (b) at least one sweetener; and! (c) an anti-caries agent consisting essentially of casein phosphopeptide calcium phosphate present in an amount of at least about 3% by weight of said composition. ! 4. A chewing gum composition consisting essentially of:! (a) gum bases; ! (b) at least one sweetener; ! (c) casein phosphopeptide calcium phosphate present in an amount of at least about 3% by weight of said composition; ! (d) at least one flavoring substance; ! (e) at least one coloring agent; and! (f) at least one surfactant. ! 5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said composition is a chewing gum product containing about 54 mg of said calcium casein phosphopeptide-calcium phosphate. ! 6.
