FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to aviation medicine, and is intended for evaluation of pilot resistance to decompression in altitude chamber during simulation of flying activity at heights. Preflight Doppler ultrasonic examination of blood flow of pulmonary artery and right ventricle of heart is carried out with calculation of current intensity of signal about detection of gas bubbles in blood flow (Gt). Blood flow pulsations are measured each minute of modeling high-altitude flight higher than 5 km while performing professional activity. Determined are resulting values of measurements of signal intensities by four-point Spencer's scale. Mathematic model of integral index of decompression resistance (IIDR) of particular person is formed. Decompression resistance of particular person is evaluated as normal if 0 IIDR 2, as low if 2 ≤IIDR≤ 3 and if IIDR ≥3 physiological conditions are considered dangerous, such decompression profiles are taken as unsuitable for regular professional activity of this particular person.;EFFECT: method allows to increase safety of decompression mode due to division of flight personnel by data of one training in altitude chamber into decompression-resistant and decompression-nonresistant people.;2 dwg, 1 tbl
