METHOD FOR PRODUCING RIGID AND SEMI-RIGID FOAMS WITH LOW QUANTITIES OF DIISOCIANATE USING POLYMER POLYOLS, CHARACTERIZED BY HIGH CONTENT OF SOLID MATERIALS AND FINE, EXTRA FINE
1. Rigid or semi-rigid polyurethane foam containing the reaction product:! (A) less than 75 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of component (B) of at least one polyisocyanate; ! from ! (B) an isocyanate-reactive component having a solids content of at least 40% by weight, a total hydroxyl number of a liquid, non-particulate part of at least 160, and containing:! (1) at least 50% by weight of a polymer polyol having a solids content of at least 30% by weight, in which the base polyol of the polymer polyol has a hydroxyl number of at least 70 and a functionality of 2 to 8, ! and! (2) not more than 50% by weight of one or more second polyol (s), said second polyol being different from polymer polyol (1),! moreover, the sum in% by weight of polyols (1) and (2) is only 100% by weight of component (B); ! in the presence ! (B) at least one blowing agent; ! (D) at least one surfactant; ! and! (D) at least one catalyst. ! 2. The polyurethane foam according to claim 1, where the specified polyisocyanate (A) contains more than 50% by weight of toluene diisocyanate. ! 3. The foam according to claim 1, where the specified polyisocyanate (A) contains 100% by weight of toluene misocyanate. ! 4. The polyurethane foam according to claim 1, where the specified polyisocyanate (A) is present in an amount of less than 65 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of component (B). ! 5. The polyurethane foam according to claim 1, where the specified isocyanate-reactive component (B) has a solids content of at least 45% by weight, the total hydroxyl number of the liquid, no solid particles, at least
