A method of manufacturing metallic nanopowders, including: a) Ensuring the presence of metal carbonyl! b) introduction of the metal carbonyl at the induction plasma torch! c) carrying out the decomposition of metal carbonyl inside the induction plasma torch to form nanoscale metal particles! d) rapid cooling of the nano-sized metal particles, and! e) collection of nano-sized particles. ! 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the metal carbonyl is at least one carbonyl, selected from the group consisting of nickel carbonyl, iron carbonyl, carbonyl, copper, cobalt carbonyl, chromium carbonyl, molybdenum carbonyl, tungsten carbonyl and ruthenium carbonyl. ! 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the nanoscale particles are rapidly cooled in the reactor, which is located on the output side of the plasma torch. ! 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the metal carbonyl is mixed with a carrier gas. ! 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the carrier gas is at least one gas selected from the group consisting of helium, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon monoxide. ! 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the gas is introduced to form the plasma in the plasma torch. ! 7. The method of claim 6, wherein the gas for forming plasma is at least one gas selected from the group consisting of helium, argon, nitrogen and hydrogen. ! 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the shielding gas is selected at least one gas from the group consisting of helium, argon, nitrogen and hydrogen. ! 9. The method of claim 1, wherein the gas is selected for rapid cooling at least one gas from the group consisting of argon, nitrogen, oxygen, methane and ammonia. ! 10.
