METHOD FOR LINCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE BASED TREATMENT OF PERIODONTITIS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely dentistry, and can be used for treatment of periodontitis. It is ensured by mixing 30% lincomycin hydrochloride 1 ml and 2% lidocaine hydrochloride 0.2 ml immediately before the injection. The prepared mixture is injected in mucogingival line once a day in a dose 0.6 ml from right and left side of upper and lower jaws alternately. Therapeutic course is 10 days.;EFFECT: invention provides antiinflammatory effect, allows managing painful sensations in a patient and reducing probability of toxic and allergic reactions in treatment.
