FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal and method are described, which are used in wireless communication system for changeover of mobile terminal from single mode of packet transfer to double mode, in which connection with switching of packets and connection with switching of channels are jointly used. Channel of packet communication control is used to send message of radio line control or multiple access control (RLC/MAC), and at the same time resources of packet switching are maintained.
