摘要

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used for fabrication of plastic work pieces of optic reflectors and other parts requiring surface of high quality by method of casting under pressure or by press forming. For achieving technical result structural alloyed steel of slag re-melt with high resistance of austenite is used for fabrication of shape generating parts of die moulds; also the method consists of mechanical treatment of parts with allowances, of cementation with succeeding hardening and tempering, of grinding and finish polishing. Upon saturation of surface with carbon the parts are subject to tempering upon cementation heating with following tempering for surface hardness to not less, than 63 HRC; further excessive carbide phase with residual austenite is removed by mechanical treatment; and hardness of 59 HRC of solid solution of cemented layer is facilitated.;EFFECT: upgraded resistance of parts and process optimisation.
