METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF ITEM OF TUBULAR SHAPE (VERSIONS) AND ITEM OF TUBULAR SHAPE (VERSIONS)

FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to the field of tubular products manufacturing. Method includes serial manufacturing of its internal wear-resistant layer and internal nonpower shell by application of glass roving by method of "wet" winding onto mandrel having taper of external surface, impregnated with polymer, epoxide binder. Its thermal treatment is carried out together with mandrel. Further hardened internal shell is removed from mandrel, its external surface is cleaned, through holes are drilled and/or pierced. In areas of holes drilling or piercing, dry glass cloth is laid, as well as sealing tape of thermoplastic material, above which external power shell is wound. Afterwards its thermal treatment is carried out with melting of sealing tape and its grouting with external power shell.
