And if the association shows one or more microorganisms which are not normal tonsil lacuna inhabitants in concentration ≥105 CFU/ml, photodynamic therapy is predicted to be inefficient. The fact that test object is microflora enables to determine an etiological agent, as well as degree of activity of inflammatory process whereat photodynamic therapy aims.;EFFECT: method allows determining objective indications for photodynamic therapy in chronic tonsillitis that ensures more effective treatment of the patients.;1 tbl, 2 ex
