FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrical engineering, namely to methods of measurement of parametres of zero-sequence loop in resonant grounded systems 6-35 kV including systems with mixed mode of neutral grounding. In loop of zero-sequence of network transient disturbance is generated, free component of transient phenomena is segregated and frequency and mechanical damping index in loop are defined. Parametres of network in relation to ground are defined based on parametres of free oscillations and known parametres of neutral grounding circuit or capacitive circuit equivalent to capacity admittance of network in relation to ground. Invention may be used in cable, aerial and aerial-cable networks with any value of admissible unsymmetry.;EFFECT: providing of operation at increased level of noise and interference.;12 cl, 4 dwg
