FIELD: production processes.;SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to method of determining tyre homogeneity characteristics. Method of determining characteristics of forces of inhomogeneity acting on tyre axis, such as variation of radial force at low and high speeds and variation of tangential force at high speed, consists in the fact that there measured is radial motion variation and variation of radial or tangential force at high and/or low speeds. As per measurement results there determined is contribution of specified type of rigidity variation to corresponding variations of radial and/or tangential force. Statistic methods of signature analysis are used for characterising heterogeneous forces acting on tyre, for various phases, and reference physical angles of tyre forming process. On the basis of characteristic of heterogeneous forces acting on tyre, additional phases of classification and/or sorting of tyre, physical modification of tyre and fabrication of tyre are performed. Mechanisms of tyre correction and/or control of feedback during fabrication of tyre mainly allow manufacturing tyres having radial motion variation and parametres of rigidity variation which are not in the phase for one or more harmonics; as the result of which it is possible to decrease heterogeneity forces, such as variations of radial and tangential force, which act on tyre axis.;EFFECT: developing the improved method for determining characteristics of heterogeneity forces.;31 cl, 15 dwg
