FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: there is described method for preparing a polymorphous region of gene PAR1 which can contain T to C replacement in position 3090 and/or A to C replacement in position 3329 of the polynucleotide sequence of wild type gene (NM_001992) with applying a pair of specific primers, and also the method for observing said region prepared of a DNA-containing biological sample for the presence or absence of the specified replacements.
