SURGERY TECHNIQUE FOR BREAST BENIGN DISEASE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology, and mammalogy. It involves approach to a benign disease to be extracted with layered closure of a postoperative wound. Thus the operation is preceded with mapping the operational approach on the skin surface in the upright and prone positions. Before anaesthesia, the benign disease is fixed through the skin with an injection needle to breast soft tissues. It is followed with an incision below a projection of the benign disease on the areola edge or in a submammary fold through the skin and skin structures to the anterior leaf of superficial fascia, in this layer, a hypodermic channel is formed and delivered to an opposite edge of the benign disease. Further, through the hypodermic channel over the disease, by means of the blunt technique, the anterior leaf of superficial fascia is moved apart with separating the benign disease from breast soft tissues from different sides and extracting the benign disease through the formed hypodermic channel.;EFFECT: method allows eradicating the breast benign disease and maintaining the postoperative cosmetic effect.;1 ex, 4 dwg
