METHOD OF DIAGNOSING PLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY IN CASE OF DISTURBANCE OF HEMODYNAMIC INDICES IN PREGNANT WOMEN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: insufficiency is detected by means of Dopplerometry. Deviation of resistance index (DRI) is determined by formula: DRI= RI-RIn, where ERI is deviation of resistance index, IR is resistance index in arteries of examined patient's umbilical cord, RIn is normal resistance index at corresponding term of pregnancy, if DRI is lower than 0.09 conclusion about inessential disturbance of vessel resistance is made, if DRI is 0.1 and higher - fetus is under threat of intrauterine asphyxia.;EFFECT: method allows to determine degree of disturbance of hemodynamic indices in pregnant women with placental insufficiency, makes it possible to foresee threatening fetal asphyxia and carry out a course of drug therapy, revise obstetric management, carry out delivery by pregnant women in due time.;1 ex
