FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, neurology and neuroradiology. Diagnostics and differential diagnostics of gliomas and intracerebral hematomas of cerebral hemispheres are enabled by life-time encephalometry according to the MRT data. Paired and unpaired anatomic parametres are measured. The paired parametres are as follows: anterior parenchymal distance, superior parenchymal distance, posterior parenchymal distance, height of anterior horn of lateral ventricle, height of body of lateral ventricle, triangle of lateral ventricle, width of anterior horn of lateral ventricle, width of body of lateral ventricle, width of posterior horn of lateral ventricle, length of lateral ventricle, obliquity of lateral ventricle. The unpaired parametres are as follows: distance between anterior horns of lateral ventricles, distance between posterior horns lateral ventricles, height of the III-rd ventricle, width of the III-rd ventricle, distance between the III-rd and IV-th ventricles, depth of the IV-th ventricle, depth of cisterna magna, height of cisterna magna, bridge cisterna, interpeduncular cisterna, midline shift. The derived data are compared the diagnostic criteria those are numerical characteristics of anatomic cerebral parametres in intracerebral hematomas and gliomas of cerebral hemispheres.;EFFECT: method allows for differential diagnostics gliomas and intracerebral hematomas of cerebral hemispheres by the life-time encephalometry.;2 tbl
