FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: there is offered group of inventions: method and device to treat and accelerate growth of coetaneous appendages. The device is represented with a water-proof bandage containing an external cloth, and also an insertion to contact with at least one coetaneous appendage. The device has a liquid or viscous base containing water in amount sufficient to maintain high humidity near to the coetaneous appendage. The liquid or viscous base is placed in the bandage so that said liquid or viscous base contacts the insertion; the liquid and viscous base contains an antimicrobial or antimycotic agent, a compound that enables penetration of said antimicrobial or antimycotic agent in the skin and/or the coetaneous appendage, and polysaccharide.
