FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: technique is ensured by evaluation of an adolescent body-weight index in patients with menstrual disorders. If the body-weight index is 17.5 kg/m² and less, blood serum is analysed for leptin content. If said leptin content is 5.61 ng/ml and less, anorexia nervosa is diagnosed.;EFFECT: application of the technique allows differentiating specific eating disorder in girls with secondary oligomenorrhea that can prevent development of secondary hypogonadism leading to uterus hypoplasia and barreness in a fertile period.;3 ex, 1 tbl
