FIELD: heating.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. System (1) of gas burner for domestic gas stoves intended for preparation of food products includes a pair of concentric burners (3, 4) to which there supplied is the gas mixed in a certain way with air taken above upper part (16) of stove on which there installed is system (1) of burner, and forming gas-air mixture for the pair of burners (3, 4); at that, the above pair of burners (3, 4) includes external burner (3) having the first cap (7) with lower surface (24) and upper surface (25), internal burner (4) having the second cap (8) with lower surface (26) and upper surface (27). Lower surface (24, 26) at least of one cap (7, 8) in its area which is located at some distance from the centre is essentially inclined upwards relative to support plane of cap (7, 8) so that gas-air mixture flow is directed upwards, namely to slots (5, 6) for formation and spread of flame, and upper surface (25) of the first cap (7) its area which is located at some distance from the centre is essentially inclined upwards relative to support plane of the first cap (7). The first cap (7) has internal edge (B) lying in horizontal plane located lower than support plane of external edge (B1) of the first cap (7). At least one of caps (7, 8) has central zone (B3) with lower surface which is essentially flat and parallel to support plane of cap (7, 8). At least one of caps (7, 8) has external edge (B1, B2), the lower surface of which is inclined upwards in its area located at some distance from centre. The first cap (7) has external edge (B1) the lower surface of which is inclined upwards in its area located at some distance from centre, namely at inclination angle (a) within 4 to 10 degrees relative to support plane of the first cap (7). The second cap (8) has external edge (B2) the lower surface of which is inclined upwards in its area located at some distance from centre, namely at inclination angle (α) within 6 to 14 degrees relative to support plane of the second cap (8). Inclination of external edge (B1) of the first cap (7) than inclination of external edge (B2) of the second cap (8). Inclination of upper surface (25) of the first cap (7) corresponds to inclination of lower surface (24) of the first cap (7). External burner (3) consists of two halves (3a, 3b) of the rim, which are separated from each other with a space so that supply of necessary secondary air to the above internal burner (4) from the place above upper part of the plate can be possible. The first cap (7) is made of one part with possibility of its being arranged on the above halves (3a, 3b) of the rim.;EFFECT: invention ensures uniform discharge of gas-air mixture through slots for formation and spread of flame of concentric burners.;16 cl, 4 dwg
