FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: unstimulated oral liquid is analysed for concentration of secretory immunoglobulin A (slgA) and lysozyme. It is followed with chemoluminescence of the oral liquid to determine a radiation "светосумму" (S) 5 minutes prior to the analysis. If SlgA is 0.248±0.024 g/l, lysozyme is 0.24±0.036 mcg/ml, and S is 0.45±0.07 standard units, the absence of parodentium pathology (intact parodentium) is observed. The values SlgA 0.43±0.017 g/l, lysozyme 3.7±1.95 mcg/ml, S 0.64±0.07 standard units ensure to diagnose chronic generalised gingivitis. The values SlgA 0.7±0.02 g/l, lysozyme 7.01±0.84 mcg/ml, S 0.65±0.09 standard units show mild chronic generalised periodontitis. And in case of SlgA 0.97±0.08 g/l, lysozyme 7.47±0.29 mcg/ml, S 0.23±0.05 standard units, moderate chronic generalised periodontitis is diagnosed.;EFFECT: simplified technique and higher accuracy of differential diagnostics of inflammatory parodentium diseases.;4 ex
