MINIMALLY INVASIVE METHOD OF LIPOMA SURGERY IN OUTPATIENT POLYCLINIC CONDITIONS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, and deals with benign adipose tissue tumour surgery. Adipose tissue with capsule is cooled down. Two cuts are made at the border area with healthy tissue in 9 and 3 or 12 and 6 or 8 and 4 hour projection by clock code. Further a mini swab is inserted in one hole to perform radial separation of the capsule, and videoendoscope is inserted in the other hole. After complete separation, capsule and its contents is removed outside through hole. Further a graft made of Alloplant biomaterial of circular shape with 2 cm radius and 2 mm thickness is placed in the bed of removed lipoma. After operation, Bleomycin in amount of 0.015 g per 2 ml of 2% Novocain is injected once radially in removed tumour border area under its base.;EFFECT: prevented complications related to recurrent lipomas, prevented growth of rough cheloid cicatrix, reduced injury rate of operational intervention, tissue defect recovery, improved cosmetic effect, suspended further tumour growth.;3 dwg, 1 ex
