FIELD: agriculture, fish breeding.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to commercial fish breeding and may be used to collect peled caviar. Method for growth of peled brood stock consists in usage of closed suffocating lake provided with satellite water reservoir and connected with water-intake lake and water-discharge channels and one or two turbo-aerators, and also drainage pond located on the shore of satellite water reservoir for growth and release of dosed amount of peled underyearlings, catching of producers with throw or fixed nets. The novelty is the fact that depth of satellite water reservoir is arranged deeper than depth of suffocating lake, such as lake with increased or high mineralisation, where peled is grown, at the same time medium-mineralised lake is arranged in close proximity to satellite water reservoir, provided with bypass channel or satellite water reservoir, with division fish wells, where peled producers are moved at the age of three and older, caught in suffocation lake and its satellite water reservoir.;EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to create brood stocks and peled caviar collection bases on the basis of shallow highly productive suffocating lakes, increased quantity of caviar collection bases and production of high-quality caviar, reduction of material expenses for stocking with fish caviar and solution of problem with deficit of seeding material.;2 cl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
