Video-assisted endoscopic surgical removal of the involved tissues is ensured by removing the involved larynx structures, including mucous, submucous and muscle layers within the healthy tissues with using optical magnification of a 4 mm or 5 mm telescope, and a fiberscope introduced through the direct laryngoscope and through tracheostoma.
