FIELD: transport, package.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method of producing stable bag for briquettes. Proposed plant comprises frame, compacting tube attached to said frame and running along lengthwise axis. Compacting tube has open top end arranged opposite bottom end that has flat bearing surface that closes bottom end of tube. Plant comprises compacting device fitted on one axle with compacting tube to press loose material to compacting tube thrust surface to produce compacted material. Said plant comprises appliance to arrange plastic bag unsealed top end and sealed bottom end above compacting tube top end and to open unsealed top end of the bag. Said plant comprises appliance to distribute said bag inside compacting tube, appliance to feed bag with unsealed top end and sealed bottom end and sealing appliance arranged nearby top open end of compacting tube and intended for sealing unsealed said top end of the bad wherein afore mentioned appliances are arranged above compacting tube to move horizontally relative lengthwise axis between first position on one axle with compacting tube and pulled-in position at a distance from compacting tube. Method consists in placing said bag above compacting tube top end, opening unsealed top end of the bag and distributing said bag inside compacting tube with the help of horizontally pulling in bag holder. Certain volume of loose material is fed into bag and pushed downward inside the bag by compacting device to press said material to thrust surface, while sealing device is used to seal unsealed top end of the bag filled with compacted material.;EFFECT: perfected fabrication of stable briquette of compacted loose material.;16 cl, 26 dwg
