PROCEDURE FOR WORK-PIECE PRELIMINARY DE-SCALING AND SCALE-BREAKER FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROCEDURE

FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to increased uniformity of preliminary de-scaling and deformation hardening along circumference of work-piece cross-section, and to equipment for primary rough de-scaling surfaces of hot rolled work-pieces - rods; also rough de-scaling is included to system of "mechanical de-scaling-drawing" flow lines. The procedure consists in bending in two mutually perpendicular planes. Minimal possible hardening and raised versatility of treatment of work-pieces of various diametre are facilitated due to bending in two mutually perpendicular planes turned relative to the first pair of planes at 45° angle, when degrees of deformation and radii of bend, exceeding 13-15 diametres of a work-piece, alternately decrease.;EFFECT: scale breaker with corresponding equipment prevents defects of mechanical origin; also length of process flow line is decreased.;12 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
