METHOD FOR EVACUATION OF PEOPLE FROM HIGH-RIDE BUILDINGS AND COMPLEX FOR ITS REALISATION

FIELD: means of protection.;SUBSTANCE: method for evacuation of people from high-rise buildings consists in the fact that a vehicle is sent to emergency building with hoist and cabin installed on its platform. Simultaneously a helicopter equipped with cable winch is called to radio telephone to emergency building, a cable with hook at the end connected to cabin is lowered from the helicopter by signal in the form of laser beam, which is forwarded vertically upwards from source of laser radiation on specified cabin. With the help of winch on helicopter the cabin is lifted by height corresponding to elevation of window opening of the building, through which it is proposed to evacuate the people. Process of cabin lifting is monitored from the vehicle. Cabin is fixed relative to this window opening and is connected to it by means of platform, which is used to take people across from emergency building to the cabin. Cabin with people is lowered down with repetition of described cycle until salvage operation is completed, afterwards the cabin is separated from the cable fixed on helicopter winch.;EFFECT: inventions make it possible to significantly expand resources of people evacuation with application of relatively simple technical means.;2 cl, 2 dwg
