FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of determining rate of capillary blood flow by method of laser Doppler fluometry (LDF). Carried out are device calibration and wave conductor fixation and blood flow is measured by method of LDF. Wave conductor fixation is performed on fast installed support. Wave conductor is fixed at the distance not less than 20 millimetres from skin. Obtained is LDF level which is equal zero. After that wave conductor is moved closer to examined surface with 1 millimetre step until amplitude maximum corresponding to standard frequencies of capillary blood flow appears.;EFFECT: method allows to increase reliability of examination results.;6 dwg, 1 ex
