FIELD: construction, road engineering.;SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the field of construction and operation of street road networks, and also to facilities and methods for complex diagnostics of road facilities operating data and organisation of their operating condition monitoring in online mode. According to method, physical and chemical indices of coating layer of dispersed system (DS) created on road surface are used as investigated indices of road surface. Analysis of chemical composition of DS disperse phases is carried out in mode of spot test by spectral-optical methods simultaneously by several functionally similar but structurally different subsystems of functional complex (FC). Final result of spot test is generated on the basis of averaging of identical indices independently produced by method of structurally different subsystems. Monitoring and measuring system uses at least the following components: subsystem for optical detection and registration of investigated physical and chemical indices, including thickness of coating layer 11, which is organised on the basis of pulse source 41 of optical radiation directed at specified angle to surface of investigated coating layer 11, and receiver 42 of reflected radiation; the first and second subsystem of spectral spot test, which are organised on the basis of one optical gas analyser (G) 43 and pulse optical radiators of various wave length range, which are means of coating layer DS substance phase condition transformation (in zone of this layer 11 exposure by generated specified radiators of radiation flow) in dust-, gas-, steam-like mixture. Mixture is transported into chamber G 43. In FC subsystem of organisation of chemical analysis of investigated substance in laboratory conditions is used. Results of this analysis are used to correct averaged results of spot test.;EFFECT: improved accuracy and validity of measurement results with increase of efficiency.;2 cl, 11 dwg
