FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat unguiculate deformation of a nail phalanx of fingers. The method is restoration of the length of the nail phalanx using bone transplant, which is the basis for a growing nail and plastic of a frontal skin defect of a finger with displaced volar skin-fat flap. At the same time as a bone autotransplant a cortical fragment of the lower third part of the radius of the same limb is used, which is inserted in the formed marrowy canal in the base of the nail phalanx. Skin defect of volar surface of the nail phalanx of a finger is substituted by displacing an insular skin-fat flap on two their own neurovascular tracts in the form of V-Y plastics. At that all reconstructive problems are solved during a single operation.;EFFECT: use of this invention enables to eliminate traumatism of additional donor area on the adjacent finger for replacement of skin defects of volar surface of the nail phalanx, to prevent progressing of insufficiency of trophism and innervation of distal parts of fingers, as well as contractures of proximal interphalangeal joint of the operated finger, to achieve a good cosmetic and functional results.;1 ex, 15 dwg
