Electric mode of furnace operation is optimised, through change of transformer parametres, or after generation of certain amount of electric energy value of slip is adjusted by signal of correction from the circuit. Displacement of electrodes is carried out continuously due to arrangement of electrode displacement control circuit as hydraulic. Temperature of furnace sole is measured, and if it is necessary to maintain heat balance, furnace sole is blown with the help of fans.;EFFECT: improved quality of control.;2 cl, 3 dwg
