METHOD OF PREPERITONEAL BLOCADE IN POST-OPERATION PERIOD

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and surgery, and can be used in need of pain relief in post-operation period in patients subjected to laparotomy. For this purpose in formed on the right and on the left along all length of laparotomic wound, at 1.5-2.0 cm distance from its edges, tunnel installed are catheters which have several holes. Through installed catheters solution of local anesthetic is introduced into preperitoneal space every 3 hours during 3 days.;EFFECT: method allows to ensure adequate anesthesia in post-operation period due to possibility to create depot of local anesthetic in preperitoneal space.;2 dwg, 1 ex
