FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: device contains equipment for connecting to measuring terminals of high-voltage leads, current circuits protection units, galvanic isolation and current signals normalisation units, voltage transformer for high-voltage buses system, measuring unit comprising the first analog multiplexer and analog-to-digital converter, command controller. Six tracking/memory units, the second multiplexer, synchronising unit are introduced into the device. The device performs measurement of sine and cosine components of input voltage and leak current of input isolation with subsequent calculation of amplitudes and phase correlations between current and voltage, tgδ and capacity of main input isolation.;EFFECT: simplification of device and improvement of its accuracy.;2 cl, 2 dwg
