The invention relates to automation, computer technology and is designed for monitoring and forecasting of a technical condition of radio facilities. The device calculates the difference between the predicted and measured values ​​of the parameter, interpreting it as the rate of change, selecting based on the speed corresponding value of the smoothing coefficient. A disadvantage of the known device - low efficiency evaluation of technical status of the object due to the lack of adaptability to the frequency measuring the rate of change of monitored parameters. Adaptation device and the rate of change of the parameter is shown only at the differentiated selecting smoothing coefficient in the case of extrapolating the parameter values. However, with increasing rate of change of the values of the individual parameters, they can reach the allowable values for the fixed period of time shorter than T 0 (since the last measurement parameter). In this case, the device will not be able to respond in a timely manner to invalid parameter changes that lead to the failure of the controlled object. To eliminate this disadvantage and improve efficiency evaluation of technical status of the object proposed measurement and subsequent measurement of the parameter is carried out at a frequency proportional to the rate change parameter. The positive effect of the introduction of the proposed model is that the system allows to provide frequency control parameters depending on the speed of change and thereby increase the efficiency of evaluation of the technical condition of radio-electronic objects.
