The inventive solution relates to the separation of products having components with different densities, and more particularly to separating and metering products comprising a gaseous phase and two liquid phases with different densities. The utility model will be used in separation processes of various immiscible liquids, but generally will be used in oil production systems, in wells, booster pump stations, at the initial stage of preparation of the oil prior to discharge of water and other oil industry installations. The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the phase separation and achieving better quality production rate measurement. The claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device for exploded measuring flow rate-phase mixture comprising a depulsators, hydrocyclone hermetic separation and separation capacity, a number of partition walls a labyrinth communicating vessels, the funnel for separating the liquid phase, the mass flow rate of liquid phase measuring device gas sampling and measuring line, characterized in that the container and the partition are made to freely pass the mixture in a continuous stream and partitions formed s as communicating vessels, so that by the start of the run mixture at a height of approximately ¾ of the vessel height is fixed funnel for sampling less dense fluid, and for selecting the denser fluid in the right compartment communicating vessels installed second hopper, located slightly lower in height relative to first.
