The claimed invention relates to building three-dimensional structures, namely prefabricated monolithic frame-wall structures, and can be used in the construction of low-rise and high-rise residential and public buildings of different types.; The basis of the utility model, the task by eliminating the drawbacks of the known solutions allow the free planning of interior of the building without any internal junction of the vertical load-bearing structures in the construction of any complex geological conditions, while reducing the cost of construction due to the peculiarities of the implementation of structural elements and their relationships .; The problem is solved in particular by the fact that the combined prefabricated monolithic skeleton wall structure for residential and public buildings is made of reinforced concrete columns which are arranged in such a way that the horizontal distance between their longitudinal axes is from 3 to 10.2 m and consist of separate elements which together form a column with a cruciform, T-shaped, L-shaped and common rectangular horizontal section. Monolithic concrete slabs overlap structure arranged at a vertical distance of 12 m. Each joint of modular columns floor slab obtained by pouring concrete mortar gap between said armature series connected modular column elements in the manufacture of monolithic reinforced concrete slab using formwork.
