To achieve technical result a known dynamic platform comprising a frame and mounted thereon a movable frame installed to a beam having a longitudinal displacement drive along the beam and is connected to the beam by cylindrical hinge, which is arranged horizontally at a zero pitch angle and in a traverse connected to the torsion bar, and by crank mechanism with electric pitch and roll, installed on the fixed frame further comprises an electric control unit, is located nny on the frame, and two actuator mounted on the beam actuators are axially connected with the longitudinal side of the movable frame, and the longitudinal displacement drive is equipped with axial end connectors interconnected on the one hand with the beam and, on the other hand with the movable frame.
