The precipitating agent comprises mixture of metal-based precipitant, flocculants and/or flocculating agent. The mixture of precipitant, flocculants and/or flocculating agent are dosed to synthetic nano-particles based on metallic oxides, nanostructured carbon compounds, semimetals, semimetal oxides and/or siliocon dioxide for spontaneous odor elimination. A liter of precipitant is dosed to 1 g and 20 vol.% of synthetic nanoparticles. Each liter of precipitant is dosed to 1 mu g-10 g of the synthetic nano-particles and/or 0.5 - 5 vol.% of synthetic nano-particles is dosed to the precipitant.
